My CNC Wax Mill

This is my newer Taig CNC mill that I have set up for doing 4 axis wax carving.  I am standing in a narrow isle between the HB2 gantry CNC machine to my left (picture right) and the Taig mill.

The taig has run several projects and has about 8 hours run time. The spindle bearings are actually just broken in as it is now running cooler, almost cold. That's the nice thing about having the spindle separate from the motor.

I have enough room in this work isle to put a stool in place as I set up the mill. I have neuropathy so can't stand for long periods. I need to lean or have some point of reference. After set-up the machine can run for hours with me just checking once in awhile to make sure everything is going as expected.

My main problem with CNC even after all these years is I like to watch the machine run. Ha! Then I remind myself I need to do something more productive with the time.
