I just put the new store, "Ramblin' Dan's Store" in an accessible state a few days ago. It is actually a replacement for "The Hobbyist's Machine Store" with new store software and it is now living in "the cloud" rather than a shared server. You really can't see what the "cloud" does for the store, but it is much more robust, not sharing space with other web sites.
he inventory is the same for both stores, so it is business as usual (for now.)
Just like this blog, the intent is to broaden the range of what I offer beyond hobby class machine tools. We will still be heavy into hobby type activity but are not creating the impression that it is the only thing we do.
