Then There Were Two

Glue-Up

At long last it is a bearable 85 degrees in the workshop. That's 22 degrees cooler than it was two days ago on Friday. It was 15 degrees cooler than Friday yesterday. Pecan Wood

  A coworker in my office cut down an old pecan tree on his property. There are lots of them around in this part of the country so pecan is not an endangered species. Nice Pen Body

I am making another pen body here. The mighty Taig micro-lathe is a good pen making lathe. I have removed the tool rest and have completed the sanding and one coat of finish.
